Set of 8 dinner plates from The Spode Archive Collection red transferware patterns from the Georgian, Victorian and Traditional Series.Plates measure about 10 1/2 inches in diameter Victorian Series: Portland Vase (first introduced 1832)Georgian Series: Floral (first introduced 1830), Botanical (first introduced 1820), Willow (first introduced 1790)Traditions Series: Aesops Fables (first introduced 1830), Caramanian (first introduced 1809), Lucano (first introduced 1819), Castle (first introduced 1806)The Traditions Series plates have a candlelight white background, the Victorian and Georgian Series have more of a pure white background. See side by side comparison in photos.Plates are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing Measurements are shown in photos.See all pictures for details of condition.
