Here's a pair of matching, canister style, lamps by Spode, of England. The pattern is called "Blue Italian". Blue Italian began manufacture in 1962 and features blue scenes on a white body. The porcelain "canister" bodies of these lamps have solid bright brass tops and bases. The bases have four leaf shaped feet.The outer dimension of the footed bases is 6 3/8". The porcelain bodies are about 4 1/4" diameter. Height to the top of the flat area of the brass tops is about 8", 14" to the top of the sockets, and 23" to the top of the brass finials.
